Sanskrit = Spoken Persian + Written Tamil

The previous article brought out the fact that Sanskrit never had a script of its own. Since Tamil is the only oldest1 language of India, with rich and very old literature, Tamil Brahmi and Devanagari scripts should be called as variants of Tamil script.
This article explores the origin of Spoken Persian and Spoken Sanskrit. Knowledge of the ancient human civilizations, their migrations, and cultural sedimentation in Persia and Gandhara, provide a scientific basis to analyze the composition and evolution of Persian and Sanskrit languages.
I. Ancient Human Civilizations. Before the country borders were drawn, there were five unique sweet human versions roaming on the surface the earth. They were Chivan (Chivamer / Sumer), Akathiyan (Akkadian), Kotha (Goth), African and Mongoloid as depicted in the picture.
Human Flavours new

Peak of each of their civilizations were in different geographies at different times. Three of them were identified in Mesopotamia, the cradle of the civilizations between 5000 BCE and 2000 BCE:

Chivan civilization is considered to be the oldest civilization that started to write.  They were the first in Mesopotamia. Their language dialects were called eMe GiR and eMe SaL. This was the first civilization that was spread over Mesopotamia to Indian subcontinent and more parts of the world (which is not covered in this article). Chivan civilization was creating civilizational benchmarks in societal living, agriculture, language, religion, gods and literature. Mesopotamian archeological evidences very clearly named the people as SanGiga (ChivanChika) and hence the name ‘Chivan Civilization’ (coined by the author).
Akathiyan civilization had a friendly coexistence2 with Chivan. Akathiyan were the second in Mesopotamia. Their language was a semitic variation of eMe.
Kotha, an East Germanic tribal civilization were the third in Mesopotamia. They were neither friendly3 with Chivan nor with Akathiyan. They did not write using any script while in Mesopotamia. Mesopotamian historians point to Goths as barbarians4.
II. Chivan Civilization – Akathiyan, Kotha Walk-inTwo of the ancient human civilizations started migrating out of their geographical boundaries around 2300 BCE.  There were two major migration routes, one is Europe to Mesopotamia and other is Mesopotamia to India. First migration added Akathiyan and Kotha to Mesopotamia. Second migration provided a platform for the evolution of Indo-Iranian languages including Persian and Sanskrit.
Cultural sedimentation is a concept that explains the present day culture from the past cultures of the region. Take a deeper look at the pictorial representation of the cultural sedimentation of Persia (Orange Circle) and Gandhara (Green Circle). These cultural sedimentations explain why Persian and Sanskrit languages have more similarities. Both the languages have common first three layers of civilizations.

On the map, East Germany is high up on the left side, where Kotha civilization was centered. Caucasian mountain is in between Black Sea and Caspian Sea. Just above the Caspian Sea is where the Akathiyan were at large. South of Caucasian is the Mesopotamia (modern Iraq) where Chivan were present. As you move eastward from Mesopotamia, you reach Babylonia/Persia (modern Iran), Gandhara (modern Afghanistan), Indus valley (modern Pakistan) and then India.
Central European expansion of East Germanic tribe resulted in first Kotha migration (K1). Their movement displaced the Akathiyan.  Akathiyan migrated (A1) to Mesopotamia.  Then Kotha (K2) followed them into Mesopotamia. Akathiyan and Kotha arrival in Mesopotamia are well documented in excavated archaeological evidences5.
Akathiyan and Kotha continued their migration (A2, K3) to greener pastures in Indus and India. RiK Vetham attests the migration of Akathiyan from north to south of India6.
While RiK Vetham was being written in Gandhara about Indran (Shiva), far south in India, under Chankam, many more epics were written about Shiva7. That proves the larger presence of Chivan civilization from Mesopotamia to India.
III. Spoken Sanskrit = Spoken Persian. Both Persian and Sanskrit languages evolved in adjacent ancient provinces, namely Persia and Gandhara. At Persia, Persian evolved as the 4th generation language, facilitated by the cultural sedimentation of Chivan, Akathiyan and Kotha civilizations. At Gandhara, Sanskrit evolved as the 5th generation language, as a result of cultural sedimentation of Chivan, Akathiyan, Kotha and the newer Parsi civilizations.

Note: Numbering of the generations is primarily to represent the chronological order of evolution.
Human migrations are the causes for cultural sedimentation which further paved way for the emergence of new language cocktails.
There are three critical words that have profound meaning with respect to origin of faith. They are Father, Mother and Sea, either celestial or earthly. Below table shows their transformation from eMe to Sanskrit.

On words for Father and Mother, above table shows, Persian and Sanskrit, are closer to third generation language, eMe influenced Gothic of Kotha civilization; Arabic and Hebrew are closer to second generation language, semitized eMe of Akathiyan civilization; Tamil is closer to first generation language, eMe of Chivan civilization.
Refer Part I for more matching words between Persian and Sanskrit.
IV. A step further on Father. In Chivan civilization, Chivam the celestial father was also called as SipPA or Chi (va) pPA. He is same as Appa, Papa, Baba, or ‘Father who art in Heaven’ as Jesus would call. Akathiyan civilization called Him as Abu.
Celestial father, apPA became ‘R’ inclusive apPAR, for a specific reason (not discussed in this article). The various forms of Shiva became PAR, PRA, BRA, aBR’Ah’am, BR’Ah’ma, BR’Am’ma, PARam, PARamesh, PARamaChivam, ParamPorul, PARamJoTheePARSI civilization picked up the faith from Chivan/Akathiyan and believed in ‘Thee’ or the fire god.
At India, post-vedic, the ‘Concept of Shiva’ that was well understood by Chivan and Akathiyan, got degraded. Disgracefully, Linga was called a phallus for the first time in few puranas8, possibly influenced by Kotha.
V. A step further on eMe. eMe, the primary language of Chivan (Sumerian), which has been branded as an isolate by scholars, is the big bang that world linguists should explore. With decades of Sumerian research, Dr Loganathan claims ‘Sumerian is Archaic Tamil’9.
Duly recognizing the Chivan civilization, for the creation of the base language, eMe may be called as ChivanTamil or ChenTamil. Now you know the origin of the word Senthamizh.
